The subtitle of this volume, companion to Aspects of Mental Health (2010) is Mental Health for All. This is an ambitious catchphrase, which raises the question: can we indeed achieve mental health for everyone? We should start this endeavour by realizing that mental health is not the opposite of mental disorder. To put it differently mental health can be experienced by anyone. Mental disorder and mental health can go hand-in-hand. In this book you will find a mixed collection of papers which have appeared earlier and original publications. We, the editors of this book, have tried to provide the reader with a broad spectre of the field of mental health, sometimes crossing the border into physical health.
