This black, elegant watchstrap is crafted from high-quality Shell Cordovan leather. This fine horse leather is particularly resistant and robust, making it extremely durable but also increasingly supple over the years. Thanks to the relatively high amount of fat contained in the leather it is virtually indestructible and highly water resistant. For this reason, it is used mainly for the production of high-quality men's footwear and leather accessories. The other particular feature of Cordovan leather is its subtle sheen. This is achieved at the end of the production process with the ""smearing"" technique: a specially formulated oil is warmed and rubbed into the leather by hand.
